MDPDF.ORG provides browser-based tools for converting, viewing, and editing Markdown documents. Services include Markdown to PDF, Markdown Viewer, Markdown to DOC, and Markdown to PNG conversion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation
Submit malicious, harmful, or illegal content
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Services
Use the Services for spamming or sending unsolicited communications
Overload or abuse our infrastructure

4. Free & Pro Plans

Free Plan: Available at no cost. Usage limits and features may change at our discretion.

Pro Plans: Paid subscriptions provide advanced features and higher usage limits. Subscription pricing is as shown on our Pricing page. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to their terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Cancellations must be made before the end of the current billing period
We offer refunds within 14 days of payment for new subscriptions
Refund requests should be sent to contact@mdpdf.org

6. Intellectual Property

The MDPDF.ORG name, logo, website design, and all content are our intellectual property. Your Markdown content remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit or process through our Services.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of converted output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time.
